Hi, I'm Ramya Eva

A former BlackRock and Booking.com Global Sales and HR leader, now helping senior and C-suite leaders in complex, matrixed, cross-cultural organisations build brave, data-driven systems where teams work better together than apart.

I’m a Certified Co-Active Coach (CPCC), ICF PCC-credentialed coach, Advanced Certified Team Coach (ACTC), Organisational Relationship Systems Certified Coach (ORSCC), and a licensed Leadership Circle Profile practitioner. I currently serve on the ICF Singapore Board as Director of Strategic Partnerships.

But before all that, I was a kid growing up between worlds born in India, raised in the UK shaped by the values and expectations of two cultures, and always questioning: Where do I truly belong? What does it mean to lead? To feel seen and strong, especially in systems that weren’t built with me in mind?

Why I do this work

I’ve led large, global teams across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas in complex, matrixed environments. I’ve felt the pressure, the isolation, and the burnout that comes with dotted-line reporting, dispersed teams, and high expectations. I’ve also worked and breathed toxic cultures, where:
Communication was opaque
Conflict went unaddressed
Trust eroded
Roles were unclear
Morale was low
Performance was never enough

From the outside, it all looked like success, pretending like I had it all under control. But inside, I often felt like I was trying to be a version of myself that didn’t quite fit. Navigating fast-paced boardrooms, mergers, and global teams taught me how hard it can be to influence, be seen, and drive results when systems aren’t designed for you, and aren’t designed for courageous leadership.

That experience is what pulled me into coaching and organisational transformation. I wanted to help leaders and teams perform sustainably, lead bravely, and build cultures where people thrive under pressure.

A bit more about me

I live in Singapore, a place that finally feels like home. I’m a working mum to two kids, and parent to three rescue animals who’ve taught me about care, boundaries, and patience.
When I’m not coaching or facilitating, you’ll find me (expertly!) brewing a coffee, cycling very early on the roads, or catching up with friends over good food. I care deeply about the messy, beautiful work of being human, and I bring that into every conversation I hold.
