It helps you see your leadership impact and brand with clarity and re-author how you show up, connect, and influence across the system.
How it works
We start with the Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) a globally recognised 360 assessment framework that reveals how you’re currently deploying your leadership. It identifies the creative strengths that drive your success and the reactive patterns that may limit your effectiveness under pressure.
From there, we take a deep coaching psychology approach to help you:
Translate self-awareness into enterprise-level influence
Strengthen relationships and visibility across HQ and regions
